Hey folks, I wanted to ask a question, even though I am relatively new to the forum. I am trying to buy a treadmill for my personal use. My local gym opens relatively late, meaning that I am off to work when it is time to train. However, when I come home from work I notice I am bereft of energy.
Do any of you have an early morning energy boost suggestion that might provide the results I want? Perhaps a vitamin, drink, shake, or breakfast that works for you? I drink water and coffee, but none of it really helps me get going. Anyone who can tell me why your morning routine works for you would be much appreciated.
