Hey everyone, I am currently in the process of trying to buy a stationary bike, but it is proving a little more challenging than I would like it to be. For example, there are recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and other options too. Is there really a big difference when I am trying to get back into shape? And if there is such a big difference, what do you think I should be looking for?
For those of you who have a stationary bike at home, what do you recommend and why? I guess I am just trying to get some of the pros and cons from people who have tried them before instead of relying on marketing messages. Thank you!
