Hope to see that you are going to get along here pretty well. Unfortunately, as you have probably seen, the board itself is pretty quiet and there are very few people here talking anymore. Hopefully that is going to change in the immediate future though, would be nice to get people signed up here.

Hey there!
I'm new here as well. I joined this site to learn more about what others do to get healthy and fit. I'd also like to share some of the things that I've been doing to get healthy fit.
Here are some of the things that I do that has given me some weight loss success and that has helped my health improve:
- Eat a lean and healthy diet - Supplementation, mainly for energy and mental focus, protein, greens, probiotics, and recovery - HIIT training - Cycling and running - Yoga for stretching and relaxation - A good night's sleep (as a result of doing all of the above)!
I workout 5 to 6 days a week and some days I only do a 20-minute intense HIIT workout, and there are days where I do two-a-days.
I'm interested in hearing what others do!
