Can anyone suggest healthy snacks that I could eat to help me crave my sweet tooth? I'm really trying to cut back on sugary stuff as much as possible. Any homemade snacks that I could do will be great too.

Hey there,
Cravings are really part of an oral fixation and craving sweets is definitely due to having candida in your body and unbalanced hormones. I'm not sure how much sugar you eat in a day/week, but I suggest starting off on a diet that controls and balances your hormones, more specifically your thyroid and sugar levels. When those are in balance, and your diet (not a diet, but your regular diet) helps your body to feel satisfied and balanced, then your cravings should diminish over time.
I used to have intense sugar cravings on a regular basis, it wasn't until I cut out flour foods, fruit, and any sugary junk while changing my diet to a more clean one, I totally stopped craving sweets. I did get a little sick at first, and I even got some rashes because the candida was leaving my body, but it was worth it because I came out of the process without cravings and totally knowing my limits when it comes to food. It's been wonderful and I suggest trying another route rather than looking for something to replace it because that won't change the habit.
If you want to try to suppress your appetite and/or lose weight, I know some people have had great success with using ephedrine or ephedra, If you control your usage and dosage, you could see some results and you can safely take ephedrine HCI at 8 mg every 4-6 hours.
