At the moment I take a product called muscle milk, simply a protein drink. I usually like to add 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 eggs whites and a cup of regular milk and turn it into a shake, taste pretty good. I always take this right after a weight training session and it seems to help.
What supplement products do any of you take?

Vitamin D and maybe Flaxseed Oil in addition to B12. You can only get Vitamin D from meat and from the sun. Lots of Omega-3 fatty acid in flaxseed oil that otherwise easiest to get from fish.

Aside from steriods, I dont think commercial supplements really do much except earn money for gyms. I have never used them. Ginseng will help boost your energy while training. I used to drink Ginseng tea while working out, but I think it was too mild. Eating a peace of ginseng is better. Kamagra

I use safe doses of ephedra to help boost my energy and stamina levels so I can burn fat and muscle faster. When ephedra is used safely and properly, it can help produce some really great results. It gave my workouts and lifestyle and major jump start! I also think supplementing with a fast-digesting protein really helps as well, actually, using protein before and after your workout will also help you burn more fat and build muscle, and all should be in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle of no only getting exercise, an amazing sleep, and eating properly. Nothing will really do it all for you, but supplements certainly do help!
