I've tried working out and dieting but I never stuck to it but this time Im going to because I found a work out system that is easy and fun to do its called the Chair Gym, I've also been changing my eating habits so hopefully with changing my eating habits and workout on the Chair Gym I will lose weight, I would love to be 120 again, Thats my big goal, Right now Im around 290 so I have a ways to go.

I think you can do it! Changing our lifestyle is never an easy thing, but as long as you stay as consistent as possible, over time you'll see the results and it will get easier. While having your big goal is important, don't forget to make small goals to accomplish along the way. This is far more effective than just aiming for one big goal. It also builds your confidence and self-esteem and will be so worth it! But, if you're really impatient and want faster results, you can always try adding some supplements to your diet. They do help when used in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, but they can't do all of the work for you. I was eating healthy, working out, and the weight just wanted to hold onto me, so I decided to try one of the best ephedra supplements on the market for a while and I saw some of the results I needed to see much faster. When used properly and safely, it can really help boost your current regime. Of course, you have to do what's best for you and see what works and what doesn't.
