Treadmill offer several advantages for your personal exercise program. You can walk, jog or run on them no matter what the weather is like outside. Treadmill is the best home fitness equipment and it's easily use in home.

That is actually pretty good advice (though poorly worded) I really do appreciate my treadmill because it does not matter if it nice outside or if it is raining cats and dogs out there, I am able to go for my run whenever I feel like it. Especially when you invest in a decent one, it also seems to be better for the knees.

I could never get a rhythm on a treadmill, I guess of fear that I would fall flat on my face right onto the floor. lol. I think I will stick to running at a nearby park or around the neighborhood. Good advice though.

This really is good advice, a good treadmill is going to make a difference. I have found that if I go workout myself and I run on the treadmill, I will stop after I get tired – perhaps because you do not want people to judge you. However, at home, I am able to run far easier.
